Dear Avian Enthusiast and/or Supporter,

                  PCBS members are excitedly planning their Spring Exotic Bird Festival and Mart on April 6, 2024 at the Hellenic Center of The Greek Orthodox Church, Newport News VA. PCBS is a non-profit 501c(3) organization #61-1767649 and donations are tax deductible.

 

                 Our club is dedicated to promoting avian education in the local community and supporting conservation and research of the parrot species worldwide. We are proud to say PCBS celebrated its 40th birthday in July 2023 with over 500 members.

                  Our Festivals always include a huge raffle consisting largely of donated items. A donation to our raffle from you or your company would be an excellent venue to advertise your business, product and/or service and/or show your support of PCBS. You and/or your company would be recognized at our Bird Festival and Mart for your donation. Additionally, all donations received prior to March 20th will be posted at the Festival entrance for all to see. Along with your donation, you may send business cards, promotion materials, coupons, etc., which will be made available to our attendees. A “thank you” letter will be sent to you which will also serve as your receipt for tax purposes. Your donation will be much appreciated and will help PCBS continue its ongoing efforts in support of avian education, conservation and research.

                 A PCBS member can pick up local donations. To arrange this, contact Nancy Butterfield at novabfield@gmail.com or 757-223-9440.

                Donations may also be made at the Festival. Checks should be written to “PCBS.”
