Peninsula Caged Bird Society (PCBS) invites you to participate in our upcoming Exotic Bird Festal and mart, April 18, 2026 to be held at the Saint Constantine Greek Church. Our festival includes vendors offering birds and bird supplies/accessories as well as craft, art, and jewelry.
A huge raffle table and birds for viewing will be happening throughout the day to encourage attendees to spend a relaxed day visiting with vendors and other bird enthusiasts.
Extensive advertising of the event is already happening.
The facility provides easy access for loading/unloading with wide entry doors without steps and plenty of free parking. The center is equipped with a security system, is well lit, clean and off I-64, exit 258B & US 17 north. For a hotel Days Inn 11829 Fishing Point Drive, Newport News, VA. 23606, 757-873-6700, welcomes you and your birds.
The ladies of the church will operate the Snack Bar. Limited breakfast items will be available and then delicious food and drink items available from 11:00 A.M. until 3:30 P.M.
PCBS invites you to participate in our event as a vendor and/or by a donation of your product or professional service for our raffle. A vendor contract and guidelines are included. We hope you will join us and that your day will be fun and prosperous!

* We are often asked what species of birds will be for sale.
Vendor spaces are 10’ x 10’ and includes one 8ft table with 2 chairs. Electricity is only available on wall spaces. For electric please reserve spaces early. Table covers are required , but not provided.
Vendor set-up, Friday the 17th April from 3pm to 7pm and Sat 18th from 7 am to 9 am. Doors open with free entry Sat. 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Vendors must be packed and out of the venue by 5pm.

PCBS VENDOR GUIDELINES:
Please note this venue is at the Greek Orthodox Church.
Unweaned birds may not be sold at the Mart; you may take deposits on them.
When transferring a bird to the buyer’s carrier, vendor must take all possible precautions preclude escapes.
No birds may be raffled off at the Mart.
Dogs, cats, reptiles or other animals may not be offered for sale without prior approval. (Contact Point - Nancy at 757.223.9440, novabfield@gmail.com)
Under no circumstance will Poultry be allowed at the festival
PCBS Festival Committee reserves the right to deny entrance or continued vendor participation to vendors or persons that are disruptive or conduct themselves in an unprofessional manner. Also, birds, cages, and/or display material not meeting a “reasonable” condition as determined by the Festival Committee may be denied entrance.
Sales tax reporting is the responsibility of the Exhibitor.
Failure to appear will not normally constitute reimbursement of fees.
Fees paid will be considered a donation to PCBS.
Reimbursement may be considered by circumstance by Festival Committee.
Vendor applications must be signed and fees paid prior to booth set-up.
Vendor payments after April 3rd 2026 must be by check, pay pal or credit card.
Remember - there is always a risk of exposure to disease or viruses when you take your bird into an environment containing other birds or where others have been. Please only bring healthy birds to the mart. Also, realize you bring your birds at your own risk
